When to Book Your Baby Photoshoot
The best time for a baby photoshoot is when your little one is between 6 and 8 months old.
At this stage, babies can sit up unaided and are full of curiosity, making it one of the most fun and dynamic times for a photoshoot.
You’ll get a wonderful variety of shots, from candid expressions to charming poses that reflect their unique personality.
How it Works
Here’s what you can expect from your baby photoshoot:
Consultation: After booking, you’ll receive a guide to help you prepare for the session, and a catalogue of backdrops to choose your favourites. Once selections are made, we’ll discuss styling and setups for your session.
Session: Your baby photoshoot will take place in my cosy home studio in Hemel Hempstead. The room will be warm and comfortable for your baby, with plenty of time for cuddles.
Duration: Baby sessions typically last between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your chosen package. We’ll take our time to ensure your baby is relaxed and comfortable.

Approximately five days later, you’ll receive a private link to download your images.

My home studio in Hemel Hempstead is designed to meet the needs of your baby. From maintaining a comfortable temperature to providing a clean, safe environment, every detail is tailored with your baby’s well-being in mind.
Comfort and Warmth: The studio is kept warm to help your little one feel relaxed throughout the session.
Clean and Hygienic: Your baby’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. All props and backdrops are cleaned before each session.
A Variety of Props and Backdrops: You will find high-quality props and backdrops to suit your preferences. From delicate wraps and adorable outfits to beds and bowls, I offer multiple options to create timeless and unique images. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your favourites during the pre-session consultation.
Relaxation for Parents: We want to make the entire process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for you and your child. As parents, your comfort is just as important. There’s a seating area where you can relax or to help capture beautiful images of your little one, you can join in the fun.
Tailored for Your Baby’s Needs: Babies` are unpredictable. I allow plenty of time for cuddles. Patience is key, and I work at your baby’s pace to ensure their comfort and happiness throughout the photoshoot.
Easy Access and Parking: Located in Hemel Hempstead, the studio is easy to find and offers free parking.
